Client : any capable professional or individual in terms of Articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Website referred to in these terms and conditions.

The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the law of 21 June 2014 regarding Confidence in the Digital Economy, the French Data Protection and Civil Liberties law of 6 August 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD : n° 2016-679).

As the responsible party for the processing of the data it collects, http://www.mecasonic.com strives to respect the framework of the current legal provisions. It is the Client’s responsibility in particular to establish the purpose of their data processing, in order to provide their clients and prospective customers, on the basis that their consent has been acquired, with complete information on the processing of their personal data and on keeping an accurate register of processing operations.
