Mecasonic and its experience are ready to enrich your own know-how with the use of a modular system or the “ready-to-weld” concept. Ultrasonic modules are compact and can be easily integrated into your production lines. They’re meant for use with special machines and integrators.
The purpose of the ultrasonic module is to apply the sonotrode to the part to be worked. Our line features carefully designed guides and control systems. This means it can meet high-speed needs.
The modules are intended to complete the 3 other main elements comprising a modular system: the generator, acoustic assembly and controller. An optional coder (depending on the module) can control movement for guaranteed quality welds.
Our technicians have designed these high-performance tools for 100% optimal welding.
